The following General Terms and Conditions will apply to all orders made via our online shop, E-mail or over the telephone.
The sales agreement will be made with ULI by Martin Goeser. Further information on us can be found in the company information section. Our customer service department can be reached on +49 201 4909554 Monday to Friday for queries, complaints and claims.
Upon placing the product in the online shop or an individual, written offer, we shall make a binding offer to conclude the Contract for this item.
The Contract will be realised in the online shop in which you accept the offer for the goods held in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. You will receive a confirmation via E-mail immediately after placing the order. The condition for effectively concluding a contract shall always be that the order transaction is completed by sending the order.
You may accept individual, written orders by means of payment and acceptance in due time. The Contract shall thus be realised if we have recorded receipt of payment or receive your written acceptance.
In addition to the product prices stated, there will still be additional shipping costs. Further details on the amount of the shipping costs can be found with the offers.
Payment may be made via payment in advance, cash on delivery, credit card, PayPal or other forms of payment, provided that these are available.
Payment in advance: In selecting the payment in advance option, we shall provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods following receipt of payment.
Cash on delivery: When selecting the cash on delivery option, charges must still be paid directly to the delivery agent for the shipping costs, which shall be announced in line with the offer.
Paypal: You pay the amount invoiced via the online provider, PayPal. As a general rule, you must be registered with PayPal or first register, authorise your login details and confirm the payment authorisation with us (excluding guest access, where necessary). You will receive further details in the order process.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made.
In the event that goods are delivered with damages clearly incurred during transport, we request that you please file a complaint regarding the damages with the delivery agent immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to complain or establish contact will have no consequences on your statutory rights and their enforcement whatsoever, most notably on your warranty rights. You will, however, assist us in making our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance. Photos for evidential purposes will facilitate the complaints process.
Subsequently, you will receive an instruction on the assumption and implications of the statutory right of withdrawal for mail orders.
You may withdraw your contract declaration (please see the exception under "Special conditions") within 14 days, without reason in text form (for example letter, fax, E-mail) or also - if the object is delivered to you before the deadline - by returning the item.
